In this role, you will:
- Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of assembly and testing processes in production.
- Participate in production process risk assessments (PFMEA).
- Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding product quality (CAPA).
- Conduct quality data analysis and prepare reports.
- Oversee and improve quality management systems.
- Develop and maintain procedures, instructions, standards, and other documentation necessary for quality assurance.
- Perform process and product audits.
