What we expect from you:Higher university engineering education and at least 2 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing companies. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with the quality of optical device assembly in cleanroom environments. Ability to read technical documentation and specifications. Familiarity with LST EN ISO 9001 standards. Knowledge of LEAN tools and methodologies. Proficient in MS Office applications. English language proficiency (B2 level) in both speaking and writing. Understanding of quality assurance tools and methodologies and practical application skills (PFMEA, Control Plan, 8D, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, GR&R) is a plus.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of assembly and testing processes in production.
  • Participate in production process risk assessments (PFMEA).
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding product quality (CAPA).
  • Conduct quality data analysis and prepare reports.
  • Oversee and improve quality management systems.
  • Develop and maintain procedures, instructions, standards, and other documentation necessary for quality assurance.
  • Perform process and product audits.
