Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. Over 7 years of experience with the Oracle Fusion Middleware Technology Stack. Proven experience in troubleshooting production issues as they arise. Expertise in root cause analysis and providing effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.5+ years of experience in administering Java and J2EE applications using Oracle WebLogic Server.3+ years of experience managing large Oracle Fusion Middleware installations. Strong troubleshooting and system integration skills, particularly in Java/PL/SQL with familiarity in Unix administration. Hands-on development skills in Oracle Fusion Middleware. Experience installing and configuring OC4J & WebLogic clusters, specifically with versions 11g or 12c.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and manage Oracle Fusion Middleware infrastructure components, including but not limited to, OC4J & WebLogic Suite (WLS, Coherence, Java SE), SOA Suite (Adapters, BPEL, Business Rules, OSB), and Oracle Data Integrator.
Establish and maintain Middleware infrastructure across Development, Test, Staging, and Production Environments.
Conduct ongoing performance tuning, system upgrades, and optimization of resources.
Prepare effort estimates, detailed execution plans, and delivery timelines.
Create comprehensive documentation for projects, including installation guides, troubleshooting manuals, and standard operating procedures.
Advise project teams on industry best practices.
Provide Tier III support as needed; investigate and troubleshoot issues; perform regular log analysis and security monitoring to identify potential intrusions.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Application, and Architecture teams, as well as third parties, to ensure service level objectives are met and stakeholder expectations are fulfilled.
