Join our dynamic team at luxemediallc as an Organizational Development Director Intern/Volunteer. In this role, you will oversee and lead the Organizational Development (OD) team, specifically guiding OD Specialists. You will facilitate communication between the OD Specialists and the Executive Director, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Your responsibilities include organizing and conducting monthly departmental meetings to review project updates and establish future objectives. You'll also collaborate with the OD team to create a weekly newsletter, providing insights into ongoing projects.

Key tasks involve building an effective organizational structure, implementing an Executive Coaching program, and planning long-term visionary projects that enhance organizational effectiveness. You will play a crucial role in promoting partnerships with organizations such as Jobs for Youth and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology for future intern recruitment.

As an intern, you will supervise external consultants on special projects, develop departmental policies, and ensure alignment with the organization's mission. Your role will also entail determining staffing needs, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees onto specific projects. You will track weekly hours for consultants and attend professional meetings and workshops to enhance your skills in the field.
