Reliable high-speed internet connection (at least 20 Mbps) and a quiet remote workspace. Ability to work during US Central Time hours without scheduling conflicts. Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Position: Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting Representative
Work Environment: Remote (Colombia or South Africa)
Working Hours: Full-time, 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, aligned with US business hours (8 AM to 5 PM CST)
Salary: Fixed monthly compensation in local currency, plus performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 80–120 outbound calls daily to engage business decision-makers using a provided script and CRM system.
  • Schedule 3–5 qualified appointments each day for the sales team.
  • Document all call outcomes and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
  • Utilize email and LinkedIn for appointment confirmation to minimize no-shows.
  • Provide daily reports on call and appointment metrics to the management team.
