Demonstrated success in business development utilizing essential sales tools (familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is advantageous). Relevant experience as an SDR within a B2B SaaS technology environment. Proficient in negotiation, with the ability to promote and sell ideas persuasively. Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, accompanied by excellent listening skills and a vibrant phone presence. Strategic and tactical thinker, maintaining a positive outlook in the face of challenges and setbacks. A strong sense of urgency in achieving goals and key deliverables; proactive self-starter who contributes innovative ideas to the team. Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Proven track record of success in key responsibilities outlined in the job description. Fluency in both English and German, with exceptional writing and speaking skills.
