What This Role Offers:
Our Sales team plays a crucial role in ensuring that both prospective and current customers fully leverage our Global HR Platform. This team addresses incoming inquiries and guides clients in maximizing the comprehensive suite of Remote's offerings to meet their employment needs. Upholding our commitment to transparency, we also provide a fair price guarantee.
Your Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in business development through effective use of core sales tools, including but not limited to Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Lusha.
- Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in a B2B SaaS technology company.
- Proficient in negotiation and adept at promoting/selling ideas persuasively.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent listening abilities and a positive, energetic phone presence.
- Strategic and tactical thinking capabilities; able to maintain a positive attitude despite criticism, rejection, or setbacks.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency to achieve goals and key deliverables; a self-starter who proactively contributes new ideas to the team.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Proven success in the key responsibilities outlined.
- Fluency in both English and Dutch.
