What You Will Do:
As an essential member of our Sales team, you will assist potential and existing customers in fully leveraging our Global HR Platform. This involves responding to inquiries and guiding customers on maximizing Remote's comprehensive suite of products to fulfill their employment needs. Upholding our value of Transparency, we offer a fair price guarantee to our clients.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business development through effective utilization of key sales tools (Experience with SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Lusha is a plus).
- Previous role as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in a B2B SaaS technology firm.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuasively promote and sell ideas.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong listening skills and a vibrant phone presence.
- Strategic and tactical thinker who maintains a positive attitude in challenging situations.
- Demonstrates urgency in reaching goals and key deliverables; self-motivated and proactive in generating new ideas.
- Highly self-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory.
