Role: Outbound Sales Development Representative
Timezone: Remote (Availability required for US Mountain Time hours, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MT)
USD Salary: Negotiable based on experience
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) at lago-1, you will be instrumental in driving our sales initiatives by identifying, qualifying, and engaging with potential customers. Your contributions will directly influence our growth trajectory by forging strong relationships with prospects and generating qualified leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct research and outreach to potential customers via email, social media, and cold calls.
- Prospect Qualification: Interact with prospects to assess their needs, identify their potential as customers, and evaluate their alignment with lago-1’s offerings.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaboration: Partner with the marketing and sales teams to refine strategies, share insights, and ensure a smooth transfer of qualified leads.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of lago-1’s products and services to effectively articulate value propositions to prospects.
- Follow-Up: Consistently engage with leads to keep them interested and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Metrics Tracking: Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly lead generation and engagement targets, along with other key performance indicators (KPIs).
