Compensation
$75-$83 per hour
Uncapped referral bonus program of $750 for every physical therapist you refer after they complete 30 visits with Kins.

Requirements
Current Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State
Completion of state-required CEU hours in New York
BLS certification
Commitment to a minimum of 4 patient visits per week
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiasm for developing and implementing new strategies for improved clinical outcomes
Creative, adaptable, and always prioritizing the patient experience
Proficient at building and maintaining respectful relationships with the team
