Qualifications:Preferred: Minimum of three (3) years of outside sales experience with a focus on business-to-business engagements, ideally targeting commercial accounts in new construction and retrofit projects for end-users and contractors. However, we will consider other relevant experience, especially if it involves mechanical products. Must hold a valid driver’s license. Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred. Ability to understand technical applications and mechanical systems.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Outside Commercial Sales Representative to join our Entry Door Division, focusing on our commercial product line in Houston, Texas and its surrounding areas. This position offers an exciting opportunity to sell a variety of door-related products, including Specialty Doors, Automatic Operators, Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, Door Hardware, and Electrical Hardware. Position Overview:

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales by establishing new customer relationships and nurturing long-term partnerships across Houston and the surrounding areas.

  • Engage with commercial and industrial clients, presenting our commercial entry door product lines to decision-makers in schools, hospitals, industrial facilities, and municipalities.
  • Develop detailed scopes of work for each proposal, managing all aspects from initial contact to closing the sale; proficiency with Windows-based applications and sales tools is essential.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and gross profit targets.
  • Deliver timely and accurate estimates and proposals.
  • Regularly update and maintain our Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
