Key Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients. Manage the sales process through scheduling appointments, understanding client needs, creating proposals, and delivering presentations. Acquire new clients by addressing objections and preparing compelling proposals. Continuously build your prospect pipeline, achieving metrics and winning business. Utilize and manage our CRM system to document all customer interactions. Oversee sold projects to ensure completion of the scope of work via independent contractors. Thrive in a positive and collaborative work environment. Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in external B2B sales, ideally in a transactional services industry; experience in trades or construction is advantageous. Demonstrated success in external B2B sales roles. Project or construction management experience is a plus. Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills. Highly organized within a structured sales process, able to guide clients from initial contact to sale completion. Experience with short sales cycles and strong closing capabilities. Proficiency with CRM software. Prior sales training is beneficial. Charismatic and engaging personality. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to conduct effective presentations and one-on-one meetings. Strong command of MS Office applications, especially Outlook.

As a Sales Executive within our CBS Division, you'll engage with commercial properties, providing tailored solutions for their facility requirements. You will oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, managing projects through our network of independent contractors. Collaborating closely with account managers and your sales team, you will forge and cultivate mutually beneficial business relationships. The CBS sales division proudly offers over 20 services to clients in the building maintenance sector.

This role includes a competitive base salary plus commissions, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) exceeding $100K in your first year!
