We are currently inviting applications for an Outside Sales Representative at our Forge & Build rental facility in Ashland, MO. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is eager to grow alongside us, bringing enthusiasm and dedication to their work while helping to advance the future of construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for presenting and selling Forge & Build products and services.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of all product services.
  • Foster and sustain collaborative relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and homeowners.
  • Oversee all aspects of the point-of-sale systems related to the sale of materials.
  • Encourage and facilitate partnerships and collaboration within internal teams.
  • Ensure effective and timely communication of information to store/internal clients.
  • Develop actionable strategies to address issues promptly.
  • Provide accurate and timely quotes across all product lines and follow up with customers effectively.
  • Continuously enhance customer relations through exceptional service.
  • Collect payments for invoices from customers within established terms.
  • Stay updated on product line changes to ensure information accuracy and product capability.
  • Regularly review and analyze data metrics to identify opportunities for business growth.
