Qualifications

Prior customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant environments is preferred. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Spanish preferred. A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for helping customers. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions. Capability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts.
