Pay: $18.00 + $2.00 Shift differential = $20.00 per hour

What’s the Role?
The Overnight Equipment Operator plays a crucial role in efficiently locating and moving products using a radio frequency (RF) unit. The operator is responsible for processing customer orders and restocking products as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate powered lift equipment to move and manage products, utilizing RF units for accurate tracking.
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products with precision.
- Pick, pack, and restock products for customer orders.
- Conduct daily inspections of assigned equipment, ensuring it is in optimal condition.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures for equipment use.
- Maintain SanMar's Lift Operator Certification in compliance with OSHA every three years.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of experience as a lift operator preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and recognize colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKU information.
- Basic math skills for counting and quantity assessment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Availability for essential overtime as needed.
