This role is vital for optimizing end-to-end processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), Power Apps, and automation tools. You will oversee initiatives from inception to implementation utilizing a hybrid delivery approach.Your Responsibilities Include:Leading requirements gathering and process discovery for projects aimed at enhancing workflows, production efficiency, and financial/accounting processes.Documenting business requirements and producing high-quality business analysis deliverables such as BRD/FRD, process maps, functional specifications, user stories for Agile delivery, and detailed acceptance criteria.Collaborating with business owners, internal IT teams, and external vendors to translate business needs into actionable solution options, balancing configuration and customization considerations to secure timely approvals.Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met, managing scope changes, dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery through both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Overseeing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process end-to-end, including test planning, scenario design, execution coordination, defect management, and verification of fixes prior to go-live.Facilitating rollout readiness and hypercare support, which includes user communications and cutover preparations, ensuring a seamless transition to support and operations teams.Providing ongoing application support and maintenance, investigating issues, conducting impact analysis, coordinating fixes and enhancements with vendors/IT, and fostering continuous improvement.Preparing comprehensive updates and materials for management and key stakeholders, including project status, risks/issues, dependencies, and necessary decisions.
