Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to define, align, and drive requirements to successful delivery, ensuring that solutions are not only practical but also effectively meet the genuine business needs.We currently have two exciting opportunities available: one for an Intermediate Business Analyst and another for a Senior Business Analyst. Both roles emphasize delivery. You will work at the nexus of customers, Product, Engineering, and QA, providing clarity to requirements, assisting delivery teams throughout the build and testing phases, and proactively resolving issues as they come up. We seek a structured, detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on action and outcomes.Reporting to the Director of Digital Delivery, you will engage closely with Product Owners, Project Managers (both internal and external), Designers, Engineering Managers, QA teams, and client stakeholders to facilitate predictable delivery and high-quality releases. This role is ideal for someone who excels in complex environments, is adept at managing multiple initiatives, and takes pride in demystifying ambiguity.Key Responsibilities:Lead the discovery of requirements through workshops, interviews, and analysis with cinema customers and internal teams.Create clear, structured, and testable artifacts including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.Ensure that requirements are complete, prioritized, and ready for development before work begins.Act as a liaison between customers, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure a shared understanding and intent.Assist Product Owners with backlog refinement, scope definition, and prioritization.Collaborate closely with internal and external QA teams to ensure that acceptance criteria are testable and understood.Support delivery by triaging defects, clarifying expected behaviors, and problem-solving during testing.Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and assumptions early, and communicate these effectively to delivery leadership.Engage in customer conversations to validate scope, clarify expectations, and align on desired outcomes.
