You will work closely with central functions and specialists, fully equipped to influence local operational execution, ensuring our studios, teams, brand, and commercial partnerships flourish in a competitive fitness and wellness market.This position calls for a proactive leader with exceptional emotional intelligence, a commercial perspective, and a sincere passion for health, wellbeing, and human performance.As the USA Country Manager, your responsibilities will include:Translating global commercial objectives, KPIs, and studio targets into a precise, actionable growth strategy for the US.Identifying opportunities and risks proactively to ensure studios achieve sustained success.Providing clear performance updates with insights and accountability, detailing results, learnings, and actions taken.Driving operational excellence across all US studios, ensuring optimal team placements.Overseeing performance metrics across all US studios, focusing on revenue growth, client experience, trainer excellence, and operational efficiency.Guaranteeing consistent attainment of commercial targets through structured planning and performance management.Upholding high operational standards that align with U.P.'s global best practices.Collaborating with central Finance, Marketing, HR, and Operations teams to implement local initiatives.Leading the expansion of U.P.'s B2B and corporate wellness initiatives across the USA.
