Are you the technical link between policy and execution?We are looking for a Senior Project Leader in Housing with a technical portfolio. In this role, you will report to the area manager and closely collaborate with the daily maintenance team. You will serve as the essential connection between operations and strategy, always considering the tenant's perspective.In 2026, we will implement a work process for the cyclical replacement of BKT renovations (bathroom-kitchen-toilet). Asset management will be your client, and you will coordinate with them on the complexes to be addressed. You will involve the purchasing department for potential procurement processes and collaborate with our fixed co-making partners in daily maintenance regarding execution. Additionally, you'll engage with other departments affected by the execution, such as the real estate department, and provide support to the daily maintenance team, particularly in process improvement. You will ensure the quality of delivery and monitor the performance of co-makers, all in the interest of tenant satisfaction. The coming year will be a trial period for us to gain experience together and refine the work process for the years ahead.This is a new position within our organization, so we will work together to define it. This means that frameworks or guidelines are not yet set in stone, and you can contribute significantly to shaping this role.What will you do?You will be involved in various complex technical projects, such as fire safety, always with the tenant's experience in mind.You will engage in establishing data-driven processes in collaboration with the senior staff of daily maintenance.You will represent Woonplus at the rental committee and Disputes Advisory Committee matters. Additionally, you will coordinate the information flow to the rental committee and GAC, ensuring timely information requests and internal alignment with colleagues from various departments, including leasing, asset management, planned maintenance, projects, and development. You will be the key point of contact when a case arises.You will report on and analyze the results of your projects or policy choices.
