As part of our team of over 900 professionals, you will find ample opportunities to learn and advance both your career and personal development.About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate in Wealth Management Compliance within our Wealth Management division, which provides Discretionary, Advisory, and Execution Only services to Retail and Professional private, corporate, pension, and Credit Union clients.The successful candidate will:Play a pivotal role in the compliance team, ensuring Davy adheres to regulatory requirements, particularly under MiFID regulations.Contribute to the development and execution of the Davy compliance framework, including policies and procedures.Conduct compliance assurance activities and work alongside senior colleagues to provide guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance matters.Monitor regulatory developments, guidance, and industry trends.Support engagement with our key stakeholders.About YouWe are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and skills:A solid understanding of MiFID regulations and wealth management, along with a strong desire to learn.Knowledge of compliance risk.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in presentation.A 3rd level degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the financial services industry, ideally with a focus on wealth management or pensions.What We OfferAt Davy, our greatest investment is our people.
