For the Project Management domain, we are seeking multiple Application Specialists. You will specialize in Document Management Systems (DMS), specifically SharePoint Online, where you will work on document management and collaboration within projects. You will take ownership, communicate clearly with various stakeholders, and aim to develop your skills at the intersection of projects, processes, data, and systems. You will contribute to building a robust and future-proof application landscape for our tenders and projects.As a DMS Application Specialist, your key responsibilities will include ensuring the continuity and optimal functioning of our project-supporting applications. You will work closely with practical processes: understanding how project leaders, work preparers, implementers, environmental managers, and engineers utilize the systems, translating their needs into concrete solutions. Your role involves supporting the development and configuration of functionality, while the actual usage within projects remains the responsibility of the business.Your tasks will include:Handling second-line inquiries from the IT Service Desk, investigating causes, assessing impacts, and ensuring structural solutions;Preparing, testing, and guiding changes, updates, and releases. Actively considering the impact on organizational processes and ensuring a meticulous onboarding;Documenting procedures, instructions, and agreements, while supporting and training key users and colleagues to ensure uniform and efficient application use;Identifying improvement opportunities in processes and system setups, translating these into concrete change proposals or smaller improvement initiatives;
