We are seeking a passionate Product Marketing Manager - Restoration Initiatives to amplify our impact through storytelling. In this pivotal role, you will convert data and narratives from our global restoration efforts into engaging stories that motivate action. Collaborating closely with our planting partners, you will document their contributions, craft compelling marketing content, and equip our sales and customer success teams with the tools to articulate the value and authenticity of every project we champion. This is a remarkable opportunity to market initiatives that genuinely make a difference.Key Outcomes in the First Six Months (6mKOs)Establish a cohesive project storytelling and content framework that enhances the clarity, credibility, and emotional resonance of veritree’s restoration portfolio.Craft clear positioning and messaging structures for veritree’s various global project types, aligning with commercial and partner needs.Produce comprehensive narrative packages for prioritized projects (including one-pagers, FAQs, impact summaries, and stories) to bolster Sales and Customer Success interactions.Become the go-to expert for project narratives, impact data, and partner insights, aiding in pitches, renewals, and cross-team collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and sustain a unified storytelling framework for our global restoration projects. Collaborate with planting organizations to source, refine, and disseminate compelling ecological and community impact narratives through diverse formats such as case studies, blogs, and videos.Create inspiring and clear positioning for key restoration project types, enhancing our presentation of mangroves, kelp, agroforestry, and other categories across commercial, partner, and marketing channels.Produce project-specific enablement resources for Sales and Customer Success, delivering necessary tools, training, and materials to communicate project impacts with clarity and foster trust from the initial pitch through ongoing partnerships.Act as the bridge between our field partners and internal strategies, translating partner insights, client interests, and market trends into actionable guidance for project storytelling and content development.Maintain a centralized library of project content and assets, ensuring stories, images, partner updates, and impact summaries are well-organized, accessible, and up-to-date for commercial and marketing teams.Collaborate with the Marketing Team to weave project storytelling into campaigns, supporting the creation of web pages, newsletters, events, and social media content that reflect the depth and credibility of veritree’s project portfolio.Guarantee the accuracy and alignment of all project narratives by working closely with Planting Operations and Product teams to validate impact statements, ecological insights, and partner-reported data, thus upholding trust and integrity.
