Full-time|On-site|Quito, Pichincha, Ecuador Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Department: Corporate FinanceLocation: Quito, Ecuador (with international reach)Hierarchical Level: Executive Management / C-LevelReports to: CEO – Kruger CorpRole PurposeThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will spearhead the comprehensive financial strategy of Kruger Corp, ensuring sustainability, profitability, and growth for the organization both locally and internationally. The CFO will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and the Board, playing a vital role in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), international corporate structuring, global taxation, and business expansion in high-growth multinational environments.Main ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the corporate financial strategy aligned with growth objectives, international expansion, and value creation for the group.Lead M&A processes: strategic analysis, valuations, financial due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-acquisition integration support.Design and optimize international financial, legal, and tax structures, ensuring fiscal efficiency and regulatory compliance in all operational countries.Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management for the group, ensuring liquidity, solvency, and efficient use of capital.Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, external auditors, and national and international strategic advisors.Present financial information, risk analysis, and executive reports to the CEO and Board for strategic decision-making.Lead the management of financial, currency, tax, and regulatory risks, implementing effective mitigation plans.Direct and develop multicultural and geographically distributed financial teams, fostering a high-performance culture, ethics, and continuous improvement.Actively support the group’s organic and inorganic growth strategies, evaluating investment opportunities and expansion into new markets.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.Master's degree or postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance, MBA, Business Management, or similar (highly desirable).Certifications or specialized training in M&A, business valuation, international taxation, IFRS, or risk management will be valued.Required ExperienceExtensive experience in financial leadership roles, particularly in corporate finance, M&A, and international operations.
