Through innovative digital solutions, we strive to enhance accessibility, streamline processes, and provide a seamless user experience.About the RoleIn the role of Relationship Manager [Hunter], you will play a pivotal part in developing and nurturing relationships with clients, focusing on funding and investment opportunities. This position requires a deep understanding of funding mechanisms and P2P market trends to provide optimal financial solutions for our clients. You will report directly to the Head of Funding and be an integral part of the Premium Lender team.ResponsibilitiesAssist in achieving stable monthly targets for the funding team.Educate and inform lenders about Amartha’s products, services, and exclusive offers.Identify and onboard promising new lenders to establish long-term relationships as premium lenders.Proactively seek and acquire new lenders through diverse channels, including personal networking, partnerships, and market outreach.Plan, initiate, and execute both offline and online events or joint initiatives with partners to generate opportunities for new lender acquisition and expand our pipeline.Address complaints and issues while collaborating with relevant departments (Operations, Customer Experience, Product) to ensure smooth lender experiences regarding the lender dashboard, portfolio, investment activities, and more.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however, candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a Relationship Manager role or similar positions within the Banking/P2P sector will be preferred.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.A proactive self-starter with a strong problem-solving attitude and a customer-centric approach.Excellent sales aptitude, with a passion for meeting targets.Highly motivated, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Strong networking abilities and familiarity with the premium lenders segment to attract new lenders to Amartha.Must be based in Jakarta.At Amartha, we are committed to fostering a workplace that values diversity, promotes equity, and encourages inclusion.
