In this pivotal role, you will provide essential legal support that enables our global operations to thrive with confidence and clarity.As an integral part of our legal team, your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of legal issues, including drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and collaborating with various stakeholders to minimize risks while fostering strategic growth.Every day, you’ll contribute to establishing a solid legal framework for Blyce, empowering our teams to pursue innovative solutions with assurance.Key ResponsibilitiesLegal Compliance & Risk ManagementEvaluate and manage legal matters spanning contract law, corporate law, intellectual property, ICT law, cybersecurity, employment law, and more.Identify and analyze legal trends impacting Blyce’s strategic objectives and growth, and communicate insights effectively.Continuously monitor relevant laws and regulations, staying updated on significant legal developments.Contract Drafting & NegotiationIndependently review, draft, and negotiate various legal documents, including commercial agreements and licensing contracts of varying complexity.Prepare and review legal correspondence, agreements, and supporting documentation.Intellectual Property & License ManagementOversee licensing and intellectual property matters, including template updates and coordination of source code deposit obligations.
