Digital growth is a crucial driver in our strategy.As the Digital Growth Manager, you will lead our Performance and Growth initiatives, taking charge of driving profitable digital growth. Your focus will not only be on reach and revenue but also on return and margin. Collaborating closely with Category Management, you will make informed decisions on where marketing efforts will yield the greatest commercial impact. You have a deep understanding of how assortment, margins, and marketing collectively shape the commercial landscape, and you know where to invest for maximum return.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will translate commercial objectives into concrete KPIs for each channel and manage them daily. You'll oversee and optimize the Paid Advertising Budget while monitoring key performance indicators such as POAS, ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and customer value. For you, data is a guiding tool: you'll analyze performance, identify opportunities, and substantiate optimizations. You will maintain the balance between a robust always-on base and targeted campaigns, providing monthly in-depth analyses for the eCommerce Business Review.What We Envision for Your RoleIn this position, you will be a content leader: providing direction, prioritizing tasks, and coaching your team. You are well-versed in paid advertising and will elevate specialists to new heights. With your calmness, sharp insight, and focus, you will guide a young, talented team toward becoming a high-performing team with a clear Growth Mindset while remaining deeply involved in complex advertising and performance issues.You will serve as a commercial connector between Marketing and Category, ensuring brand, offering, and performance reinforce each other. As a sparring partner for the Head of Marketing, you will advise on scalability, funnel optimization, in-store traffic, brand awareness, and profitability—contributing to our digital growth strategy.This is a mid-level role with significant impact and growth potential, leading the Performance Marketing team within the Marketing department, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. You will combine broad digital knowledge with a clear depth in performance marketing (T-shaped profile) and have the ambition to grow alongside Mantel, with opportunities to develop into broader e-commerce responsibilities in the future.
