We are currently seeking a Facilities & Operations Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our physical environment and ensure seamless operations behind the scenes.Role OverviewThis is a dynamic, hands-on role primarily focused on facilities management, with additional duties in office management, logistics, and operational support. You will be the key individual responsible for maintaining a functional, safe, and organized workspace, collaborating closely with engineering and leadership on facility enhancements, vendor management, and equipment logistics. This position is perfect for someone who appreciates a diverse role, takes pride in maintaining orderly environments, and is comfortable balancing planning, coordination, and practical tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily facilities operations across office, lab, and warehouse spaces.Negotiate and coordinate with vendors for services such as HVAC, internet, low-voltage cabling, electrical work, and general construction.Collaborate with engineering teams during facility build-outs, lab expansions, and equipment installations.Oversee preventative maintenance schedules and address facilities issues promptly.
