Full-time|$50K/yr - $60K/yr|On-site|Chandler, Arizona, United States Resource Innovations is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Manager and Employee Experience Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Chandler, Arizona workplace, enhancing the employee experience for both onsite and remote team members. In this multifaceted role, you will manage office functions, vendor partnerships, and facilities while fostering internal communications and employee initiatives that promote engagement, connection, and productivity. This position is a blend of office management and culture advocacy, requiring a presence in the office five (5) days a week.The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills, and enjoys creating structure and fostering connections across teams.Resource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on creating impactful solutions. Leveraging our expertise in energy efficiency, we are continually expanding our portfolio of clean energy solutions to assist utilities in navigating increasingly complex challenges, including load flexibility, electrification, and carbon reduction. With every initiative, we are leading the charge to drive meaningful change.Serve as the primary point of contact for the Chandler office, ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment.Oversee daily office operations: reception, mail, supplies, food and beverage management, conference room scheduling, access control, and space management.Manage relationships with vendors including cleaning, security, catering, and maintenance services.Support RI's internal communication strategies and operations, including All Hands meetings and messaging initiatives.Design and implement programs that enhance company culture, community, and employee belonging.Coordinate employee-facing events, both onsite and virtual, to facilitate connection among team members.Collaborate with IT and HR to streamline onboarding processes, ensuring new employees are equipped with the necessary tools and resources for success.Act as the point of contact for safety protocols, access control, emergency procedures, and compliance with OSHA and local regulations.Maintain documentation related to compliance, including visitor logs, incident reports, and safety drills.Perform additional duties as assigned.
