Full-time|On-site|Pasig City As the Senior Electrical Engineering Manager at XP Power Philippines, you will play a pivotal role within the Engineering Solutions Group, providing both technical and people leadership in crafting bespoke power delivery solutions. These solutions encompass a variety of power supply types, including DC/DC, AC/DC, and both low and high-power voltage supplies.This position merges hands-on technical expertise with engineering management responsibilities. You will lead a dynamic team of electrical engineers throughout the complete product lifecycle—from initial concept and architectural design to qualification and mass production—while achieving customer satisfaction and adhering to quality, cost, schedule, and reliability targets.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the design and development of DC/DC and AC/DC switch-mode power supplies utilizing diverse power conversion topologies.Take ownership of product development from concept to volume production, ensuring adherence to performance, cost, schedule, quality, and reliability benchmarks.Promote robust DfX (Design for Manufacturability, Test, Reliability, Cost, Compliance) practices in collaboration with PCB layout, mechanical, manufacturing, supply chain, testing, and quality engineering teams.Lead research and development initiatives to integrate new technologies.Conduct or supervise circuit simulations, DFMEA, component stress analysis, reliability predictions, design verification testing, and technical documentation.Serve as a technical authority and subject matter expert, providing insightful guidance and constructive feedback during design and peer reviews.Engage with customers by participating in technical discussions, defining requirements, and reviewing design statuses.Manage team performance to foster business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve quality and margin objectives.Facilitate regular staff and project meetings to manage schedules, priorities, risks, and resource allocation.Lead the recruitment, onboarding, retention, mentoring, and professional development of engineering talent.
