Our innovative approach is anchored in four interconnected design principles—equity, personalization, authentic work, and collaborative design—creating a vibrant learning environment for all students.Position OverviewAs an RBT/ABA Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting students with diverse needs in the classroom. Your contribution will help facilitate individualized and small group instruction, ensuring all students have the opportunity to thrive within the general education curriculum.Key Responsibilities:● Provide direct support to teachers by working one-on-one with students. o Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ▪ Assisting with toileting and hygiene needs ▪ Addressing student medical requirements ▪ Implementing behavior intervention strategies ▪ Delivering individualized instruction in separate settings ▪ Assisting in lifting or transferring students o Execute Behavior Intervention Plans and manage crises effectively o Collect and analyze behavioral data to track student progress● Support instructional activities and supervise students in various settings.
