Establish quality plans, standards, tools, and monitoring mechanisms. Conduct inspections to ensure high-quality deliverables. Prepare insightful quality reports for project managers, delivery managers, senior leaders, or clients. Participate in quality analysis and innovation programs for improvement at both project and organizational levels. What You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field. Over 7 years of experience in quality assurance, project management, or as a quality coach. Strong expertise in project management and quality assurance practices. Proficient in quality analysis, improvement strategies, and inspections. Experience with both traditional V model and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and coaching skills. Proficiency in English.
