Position Summary The Campus Director at our San Diego location plays a pivotal role in leading a dynamic after-school program, where every day presents new opportunities to engage students, mentor instructors, and tackle meaningful challenges. This full-time position encompasses both the academic year and summer sessions. A crucial aspect of this role involves building relationships with families and expanding campus enrollment, ensuring a vibrant learning community. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all daily campus operations. Manage both full-time and part-time staff, including hiring, training, evaluation, and scheduling. Drive student enrollment and retention to achieve business objectives. Strategically manage and forecast budgets, staffing requirements, student enrollments, and class schedules. Create a warm and welcoming environment for students, parents, and staff. Regularly engage with current and prospective families, both in-person and virtually. Deliver the AoPS curriculum in engaging, participatory classes that emphasize comprehension and skill development over rote learning. Build community partnerships and participate in outreach events to enhance awareness of AoPS in the community, organizing engaging educational events.
