As a Business Development Manager at Cision, you will harness your skills in business development (as a hunter) while also effectively managing and nurturing client relationships (as a farmer) across various industries. In your first year, you will dedicate 90% of your time to outbound activities — identifying opportunities and reaching out to prospective clients. In the subsequent year, around 30% of your time will transition towards the farmer role, focusing on engaging existing clients for renewals and enhancing client relationships. Office Location: 7F, VPLEX, Teheran-ro 501, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 06168, South Korea Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business sales across marketing, corporate communications, public relations, and/or investor relations segments through telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings.Achieve or exceed specific quarterly and annual targets by meeting pre-set criteria on revenue generated, with a primary focus on outbound wire distribution, multimedia services, and corporate workflow solutions.Ensure all clients are treated to the highest standards and that their corporate IR, PR, and marketing communications needs are understood and met throughout the year.Stay ahead of the competition by diligently following up on all leads and opportunities to maximize the chance of securing business while maintaining regular contact with clients and prospects.Provide regular (weekly, monthly, and ad hoc) feedback on sales activities to the Supervisor.
