Key Responsibilities:Engage in discovery conversations to understand customer goals, target audiences, and campaign objectives.Propose print and direct mail solutions that align with customer marketing strategies.Conduct informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend suitable printing and mailing options.Enhance existing accounts through proactive outreach, identification of opportunities, and relationship building.Guide customers from concept creation through to final production while taking ownership of the customer experience.Identify opportunities to broaden campaigns, enhance results, and increase customer value.
