Manufacturing Process Planning: Oversee the planning of manufacturing processes for wheel speed sensor body and sensor unit lines, including assembly, welding, camera inspection, label printing, and weighing. Develop and fine-tune process parameters, collaborate with the quality team for process validation, and support the production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and optimize processes to meet customer delivery targets.Manufacturing IT Management: Responsible for the planning and maintenance of manufacturing IT systems and infrastructure. Work closely with OT technicians, local IT, and maintenance teams to ensure IT system uptime. Manage servers, VLANs, databases, and applications, and implement necessary security measures while monitoring and reducing IT costs.MES Key User & Digitalization: Manage the MES application for the value stream, including troubleshooting, commissioning of new lines, user and server management, ensuring data connectivity, and security management. Plan budget and coordinate implementation of new MES projects and digitalization technologies such as Power BI.Special Processes Management: Oversee resistance welding processes, focusing on production setup, quality issues, process improvements, troubleshooting, and system calibration. Conduct CQI-15 assessments.Production Documentation: Prepare and release essential production documents including Work Instructions (WI), Control Plans, Process Flow Charts (PFC), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and measurement and test plans.International Production Network Collaboration: Collaborate with the International Production Network (IPN) to address process improvements, quality issues, and standardization efforts, representing the Chakan plant within the IPN.Machine Installation & Commissioning: Coordinate the installation and commissioning of new or relocated machines with third parties. Plan trials, validations, and release new machines for production.KAIZEN Initiatives: Lead KAIZEN projects from ideation through implementation, targeting improvements in the shop floor, processes, and production efficiency.New Product Development: Collaborate with the Sales team to understand technical requirements and work with the IPN and cross-functional teams to collect product design information, ensuring robust manufacturing processes from sample generation to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation for new products.Continuous Improvement Projects: Engage in value stream KPI improvement projects to enhance productivity, safety, and manufacturing cost efficiency.CAPEX Planning & Procurement: Identify capital investment requirements and manage budgeting and procurement processes.
