Full-time|On-site|Riyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia Job OverviewAs the Products Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Cards, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive expertise in card products, including credit, debit, and prepaid cards. Your insights will be vital in supporting product development, operations, technology, compliance, and business teams to ensure product integrity, regulatory adherence, operational efficiency, and effective implementation throughout the card lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesExpertise & Product Ownership Serve as the authoritative expert for card products, encompassing features, pricing, billing, rewards, disputes, chargebacks, and lifecycle management. Offer strategic guidance on product structures, customer journeys, and holistic processes. Collaborate with product managers on enhancements, launches, and ongoing optimization efforts.Collaboration with Stakeholders Work closely with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Service teams. Convert business needs into functional specifications and assist in system implementations. Act as the primary contact for resolving intricate product or process-related challenges.Compliance & Risk Management Ensure card products meet regulatory standards, network rules (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex, etc.), and internal policies. Assist with audits, regulatory examinations, and remediation of issues related to card products. Monitor product risks, customer feedback, and operational incidents.Product Lifecycle & Change Management Oversee the complete product lifecycle, including onboarding, issuance, usage, billing, disputes, renewals, upgrades, and closures. Lead or assist in change initiatives such as pricing alterations, rule modifications, system upgrades, and new feature introductions. Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations for product changes.Data Insights & Performance Analysis Evaluate product performance, customer behavior, and operational metrics. Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, profitability, and operational efficiency. Assist in the creation of dashboards, management information systems, and reporting.Training & Knowledge Sharing Act as a knowledge resource for internal teams regarding card product features and processes. Aid in the development of training materials, standard operating procedures, FAQs, and job aids. Conduct training sessions on product knowledge for business and support teams.
