We are currently seeking an Account Manager to spearhead high-profile partnerships within the speech and AI sectors. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, partnership management, and commercial acumen. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted liaison between client technical teams and our internal delivery teams, facilitating alignment, clarity of solutions, and the stability of long-term partnerships.This position is not purely sales-focused; it requires a strong technical foundation and a commitment to client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary relationship manager for a major enterprise technology partner in the speech and AI domain.Engage with client stakeholders across various teams including Product, Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Speech.Translate complex technical requirements into actionable internal delivery plans and execution roadmaps.Ensure synchronization between client expectations and operational capabilities across data, engineering, and production teams.Exhibit domain expertise in Text-to-Speech (TTS), Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), transcription workflows, data collection, annotation, and model training support.Provide technical insights during solution design discussions, including model accuracy, constraints, scaling, and evaluation methodologies.Safeguard existing revenue streams while supporting responsible growth aligned with the client's technical roadmap.Participate in RFP/RFI responses and commercial discussions with a keen awareness of scope, margin, and delivery risks.Collaborate closely with delivery, data operations, engineering, and product teams to guarantee a seamless transition from scoping to execution.Identify risks promptly, escalate as necessary, and maintain transparency with stakeholders.Foster long-term trust through timely communication, clarity, and professionalism in complex enterprise environments.
