Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT or a relevant field, with at least 13 years of professional experience in the IT sector. A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated expertise in Java, Angular, and Weblogic or similar JEE container management. Strong understanding of Middleware systems (e.g., Oracle Service Bus). Proficient in messaging services and platforms (e.g., Java Message Service, Apache Kafka). Familiarity with eUI. Knowledge of Akoma Ntoso, a technology-neutral XML representation of parliamentary and legislative documents. Oracle middleware certifications and ITIL certification will be considered advantageous. Fluency in both English and French is essential.
