You will oversee the complete recruitment cycle across various business sectors, including technical development, construction, finance, legal, and investment roles. This position necessitates a close collaboration with business leaders to effectively manage a dynamic portfolio of logistics, industrial, and real asset projects.To excel in this role, you must possess a strong aptitude for project-driven hiring, adeptly navigate sensitive timelines, and operate within stakeholder-led environments. Close collaboration with hiring managers will be essential to define role requirements, streamline recruitment processes, and ensure a premium candidate experience.Previous experience in recruiting within the property, real estate, development, or construction sectors will be highly valued.Key Responsibilities1. Comprehensive Recruitment ManagementProject & Development Portfolio: Spearhead the search for crucial delivery roles across Australia, including Development Managers and Project Managers who will shape and execute our asset pipeline.Corporate & Finance Excellence: Take charge of recruitment across corporate functions, ensuring we uphold a high-caliber talent pool in finance, legal, and operational leadership.Executive & Niche Search: Collaborate with senior leadership to fulfill complex and essential mandates, such as positions in Investments and Fund Management.2. Strategic Sourcing & Market IntelligenceActive Talent Mapping: Function as a dedicated headhunter—mapping competitor landscapes, engaging with passive candidates, and utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter alongside industry networks in a competitive Sydney market.Benchmarking & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor for hiring managers by providing data-driven insights on compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor hiring trends within the Australian real estate sector.Employer Branding: Serve as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating ESR’s vision of the
