This position is ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, rapid learning, and hands-on engagement across various marketing channels.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will be instrumental in executing our performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta and Paid Search. As we grow, you will have the opportunity to delve into CRM and affiliate marketing.This role requires a proactive individual who enjoys launching tests, constructing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and continually iterating for improvement. You will collaborate closely with channel owners, creative teams, analytics, and product groups to scale successful strategies and learn from challenges.Key TasksDevelop and optimize high-impact campaigns across Meta and Paid Search, ensuring precision, consistency, and adherence to best practices.Assist in creating a structured testing roadmap that includes experiments across audience targeting, creative assets, messaging, placements, and bidding strategies.Build, quality check, and refine campaign setups and tracking methods to foster ongoing learning and enhancement.Quickly get performance assets live and analyze audience engagement.Monitor daily campaign performance, detect trends promptly, and provide recommendations to boost efficiency and scale.Possibility of managing CRM execution from start to finish, including segment creation, scheduling communication, and ensuring timely, value-driven interactions with customers.Transform insights into actionable adjustments across channels – from refining briefs to enhancing targeting and discovering new growth opportunities.Document findings, successes, and experiments to contribute to our channel playbooks and elevate our performance weekly.
