Your ability to distill complex solutions into captivating narratives will be crucial across various platforms, including LinkedIn, industry events, virtual roundtables, email, and partner channels.If you have a track record of developing engaging webinar programs, transforming subject matter experts into authoritative voices, and are skilled in repurposing insightful conversations into a wealth of content, we want to hear from you.Your ResponsibilitiesAudience Strategy & Engagement ProgramsDevelop and implement an audience engagement strategy targeting key stakeholders in clinical, regulatory, medical affairs, and commercial sectors within pharma, biotech, medical devices, and CROs.Create content initiatives that address critical challenges in Life Sciences: clinical trial efficiency, regulatory compliance, patient engagement, multilingual medical communications, and AI integration.Design segmented nurture campaigns that guide audiences from awareness to conversion using engagement metrics and behavioral insights.Craft campaign narratives that resonate with the distinct pressures and opportunities present in the Life Sciences landscape.Webinars & Virtual EventsOversee the end-to-end process of Life Sciences webinars, virtual panels, and podcasts—from concept development and production to promotion and performance reporting.Empower internal subject matter experts to become confident and engaging speakers through thorough preparation, coaching, and established processes.Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to uncover stories and insights that educate and convert audiences.Design comprehensive content activation strategies before, during, and after events to maximize engagement.Monitor and analyze performance metrics: registration, attendance, engagement, and pipeline impact.Content Activation & Social LeadershipLead the Life Sciences social media strategy across LinkedIn and relevant industry platforms to drive thought leadership, community engagement, and brand recognition.Repurpose existing content into engaging formats that can be shared across various platforms, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
