Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful execution of QA projects, which includes setting up project files and processes, creating necessary documentation, troubleshooting issues, maintaining client communication, and leading the QA project team on a daily basis.ResponsibilitiesSupervise assigned Localization QA projects by managing teams of Localization Games Testers and overseeing their daily tasks.Develop and enhance Test Plans and Test Cases.Facilitate effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.Review and approve bug reports and text edits for quality and thoroughness.Ensure that team members receive proper training in the necessary tools and technologies for project execution.Mentor and guide both new and existing LQA team members.Track and maintain project statistics, KPIs, and other metrics, initiating corrective or preventive actions as necessary.Coordinate with clients' Points of Contact to ensure all test requirements are clearly understood.Participate in client meetings as needed to provide project insights.
