As a Paid Media Campaign Manager at GAIN Performance, you will play a pivotal role in executing and managing Paid Media campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients, typically between 3 to 6 depending on account size. Your primary focus will be on Facebook, our most significant advertising channel, with potential opportunities to engage in other platforms based on your expertise and client requirements.
Collaborating closely with the Performance Director, you will be responsible for daily campaign oversight, performance analysis, and optimization strategies. You will also contribute innovative testing ideas and identify opportunities for campaign expansion. As your skills develop, you will take on greater responsibilities in client communication and strategic planning, allowing you to advance in your career.

Candidates must have demonstrable experience in running performance campaigns on Facebook or Google, alongside strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and tracking daily budgets
- Managing and optimizing campaigns on a daily basis
- Preparing weekly reports on campaign performance
- Conducting ad-hoc reporting and in-depth analysis
- Implementing A/B testing and collaborating with the Performance Director on new test concepts
- Facilitating communication with clients
- Sharing knowledge internally to foster team growth
- Learning and adapting to new channels, including TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter
