About the Role: As a Paid Media Manager, you will collaborate closely with our diverse team of strategists, managing campaigns across multiple channels to ensure the effective execution of our digital marketing strategies. Your outstanding communication and leadership abilities will be vital in building robust relationships with clients and guiding our strategists towards ongoing success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 1-2 digital marketing buyers or strategists.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, search, display, etc.).
- Engage deeply with each channel to grasp daily operations, ensuring campaign effectiveness.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring their objectives are met and surpassed.
- Work in tandem with internal teams and external partners to design and execute innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with global colleagues, including those in North America, to harmonize media strategies across regions.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and offer actionable insights for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continuously refine and enhance internal processes to bolster team productivity and performance.
- Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
