As a key member of Lansweeper’s global marketing team, the Paid Media Specialist is essential in defining how we engage, influence, and convert our target audiences through digital channels. You will transform Lansweeper’s strategic objectives into cohesive, data-driven paid media campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive demand, and create a scalable pipeline.
Your Goal
You will take ownership of Lansweeper’s paid media strategy on a global scale, designing comprehensive paid media programs and establishing a long-term vision for digital marketing that leads to measurable improvements in both brand awareness and revenue growth.
Challenges
In this role, you will encounter several challenges:
- Developing a unified global paid media strategy that aligns with broader marketing objectives across diverse business initiatives.
- Managing intricate budgets and channel mixes across various platforms including SEA, display, programmatic, paid social, paid video, ABM, and referrals from software review platforms.
- Ensuring robust performance measurement, clear attribution, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-changing digital landscape.
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to integrate best practices in paid media into campaigns and product launches.
- Working closely with the product-led growth (PLG) team to ensure strategic alignment and clear ownership, where PLG drives free/trial conversions while the Paid Media focus is on generating a strong lead pipeline from non-trialist CTAs.
