Your Role as Manager, Paid Search

As a key member of the MERGE team, you will support our efforts in crafting, optimizing, and executing premier paid search campaigns for clients. In this hands-on role, you will direct strategies for keyword research, campaign development, and testing roadmaps. We seek a curious, data-driven marketer who is attuned to the evolving AI landscape and can proactively uncover opportunities to enhance performance and achieve client goals. Your passion and interpersonal skills will be vital in ensuring that every investment leads to client growth.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Ownership: Serve as a Paid Search subject matter expert, driving account growth while maintaining agency standards.
  • Structure & Creation: Develop and launch comprehensive campaigns across search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and more, ensuring best practices in account structure, compelling ad copy, tailored keyword lists, and client-specific targeting strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the QA process for all campaign elements (keywords, ad copy, extensions) and launch components (dayparting, bids, budgets, targeting).
  • Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison for the Paid Search team within the broader media strategy, ensuring seamless integration of search within the overall media mix.
