Job Overview:
Join a rapidly expanding beauty brand as a Paid Social Media Buyer. In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in enhancing performance marketing across various paid social platforms, while contributing to the organization’s vision of providing impactful, results-oriented, and sustainable beauty solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the comprehensive management of paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, encompassing strategy formulation, execution, and continual optimization.
- Initiate and scale innovative testing across emerging platforms such as AppLovin, Snapchat, Reddit, and others.
- Design and implement incrementality tests to assess channel effectiveness and guide investment strategies.
- Provide platform analytics to refine creative testing and asset development.
- Utilize attribution tools (e.g., GA4, Northbeam, PowerBI) to analyze performance metrics and generate insights that shape creative and media strategies.
- Oversee budget management and pacing to ensure optimal allocation for customer acquisition and achievement of ROAS targets.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally with eCommerce, brand, wholesale, creative, and influencer teams to synchronize full-funnel marketing strategies and execute brand campaigns and product launches.
- Manage A/B testing for landing page experiences alongside web and creative teams, aiming to enhance conversion rates and user experiences.
- Prepare and share regular reports detailing campaign performance, insights from testing, and potential growth avenues.
- Maintain relationships with platform representatives and external vendors, ensuring alignment and access to new beta opportunities and insights.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of performance marketing experience, with a strong focus on paid social campaigns.
- Demonstrable success in scaling advertising on Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Experience in executing incrementality testing and analyzing lift/holdout results.
- Deep understanding of landing page testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.
- Expertise in utilizing analytics and attribution platforms (Northbeam, GA4).
- Proficient in using Wrike, GSuite, Slack, and various ad platform interfaces.
- Possess a data-driven, creative mindset, with exceptional attention to detail and collaborative spirit.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience across additional performance channels (e.g., YouTube, CTV, paid search, or Amazon) would be an advantage, along with a proven ability to explore new platforms.
