In this role, you will be responsible for processing electronic legal instruments, assisting with trial preparation and hearings, and providing essential legal support to a large federal agency.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide examination of legal instruments for completeness and proper execution.
· Support the Litigation Support Unit, attorneys, and paralegals with administrative tasks.
· Ensure actions comply with government regulations and procedures.
· Conduct record research to identify any conditions that may impede actions.
· Assist in the daily operations of the Litigation Support Unit, including data processing and evidence management for cases.
· Help prepare trial and hearing presentations and demonstratives.
· Compile statistical data for internal reports.
· Offer project-based support within the Administrative Division and manage administrative duties during employee absences.
· Demonstrate proficiency with various software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
