Your Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer and direct phone calls with a welcoming demeanor.
- Organize and manage appointments and meetings, while taking detailed minutes.
- Draft and distribute emails, memos, letters, and other correspondence.
- Assist with account collections through emails and extensive outbound calling, provide customer support, and manage vendor relations.
- Support payroll management, benefits processing, and monthly financial reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements.
- Offer general clerical and administrative support to management.
- Act as the friendly receptionist, delivering outstanding service.
- Perform general office duties to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Coordinate office events and meetings to cultivate a positive workplace culture.
