Compensation and Work Structure
- Hourly pay ranges from $62 to $96, with semi-monthly payments. The base rate is guaranteed, and additional incentives may be available after the initial ramp period. Compensation reflects clinical experience, residency, and qualifications.
- This part-time position is remote, based in Olympia, Washington. Schedules are flexible, with no nights, weekends, or on-call shifts required.
- Paid administrative time is included, so documentation is completed within work hours.
How Care Works at Two Chairs

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 60-minute remote psychiatric assessments and 30-minute follow-up sessions.
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including controlled substances, in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Incorporate brief psychotherapy into treatment plans when appropriate.
