Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in retail management is a plus. Previous retail or management experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Passion for pop culture and the ability to connect with customers. Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
